There are a total of 19 devices and setup found them all wth names. The hub doesnt have anything to do with it.
Wemo Is Useless Trash Wemo
Wemo bridge not responding. Not sure if it was my fault apple or wemo but fixing the problem it easy if youre familiar with logging in to the bridge with the ip address and web browser. These steps will remove the no response tile from the apple home app. Also every time devices change their ip addresses this problem can show up. A couple of times i have had to deal with the not responding in homekit and had to reset the bridge and or devices. Setup is not working properly. So that wemo devices will become unreachable in the apple home app.
Connect to wemo wifi network. Reconfigure wemo in app. Close all apps that are running in the background then re open the app. For setup instructions click here. Remove power from the wemo for plugs unplug them for dimmers flip your breaker for about 10 seconds. Launch the apple home app to confirm.
Reset or restore your wemo device to factory default settings. Everything works just fine using the wemo app and has for a long time. I have a few wemo switches and they are not working properly with smartthings now. The ones that dont have the error work fine. Wemo bridge says no response in the apple home app it seems to happen after a power outage so the bridge cant figure out how to re connect. All firmware is up to date.
