I say do it once and do it right personally i will be going with stainless i like the bassani set up. The ceramic actually blocks alot of the heat if they are coated inside and out. Ceramic is better for sure helps keep the heat in the headers which helps scavange exhaust a bit better plus the rust factor although it would take years for the chrome ones to rust out. Overall the ceramic coating just holds up alot better over time looks better imho and dissipates heat much quicker than chrome its also called a thermal barrier btw.
