Only 1 of the black wires seem to be hot lights up the voltage tester when touching the 3 whites and one black together. If this does work the single white wire should have a black marking on it to show it is sometimes hot.

Unfortunately i forgot to mark some of the wires from the previous configuration. New light fixture 3 black wires 3 white wires the switch in the foreground has a black and white conductor going to screws on the nearside of the switch and it looks like the red conductor goes to the far side of the switch. All should be well.
