When building your 4 link bars or any other type of adjustable links you want to have them in the middle of the adjustment range so you can have enough adjustment to set up your suspension. Ya want all 4 bars to mount very close to the same pivot points to help maintain a proper pinion angle.

With a long panhard bar and proper mounting location you can have very little side to side movement during full suspension travel. For example the lower bars on the truck im building currently measure 25 long while the upper wish bone also measures strait front to back is the same 25 but when ya actually measure from pivot to pivot angle it measures closer to 28 long. The lower bars are straight and 36 and my uppers are triangulated and 24. They are roughly 30 long. I havent found the right ic.
